Knosh helps users find restaurants that suit their dietary restrictions and preferences. We aim to enhance dining experiences for individuals and groups with varied dietary needs. The App also allows users to post and share user-generated content. We make no guarantee regarding the availability of our Services. 

1.3 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in Section 15.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use Knosh under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

By accessing Knosh, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and will comply with all applicable laws.

6.1 Permitted Use:
You may use Knosh solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including scraping or reverse-engineering, is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Accuracy of Information:
While we strive to provide accurate restaurant information, Knosh cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of details like menus, operating hours, or dietary accommodations.


7. Restaurant Interactions

7.1 Third-Party Responsibility:
Knosh connects users with restaurants but is not responsible for the quality, service, or safety of the establishments listed. Your interactions with restaurants are solely between you and the restaurant.

7.2 Allergy and Dietary Information:
It is your responsibility to verify allergen and dietary information directly with restaurants before dining. We accept no liability for any harm, injury, or loss resulting from any representation, error or omission, or negligence in provision of the Services, to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.


8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership:
All content on Knosh, including trademarks, text, images, and software, is owned by KnoshCo Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8.2 User Content:
By posting content (e.g. reviews, images) on Knosh, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as part of our Services.


9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties:
Knosh is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 Exclusions:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnoshCo Ltd. disclaims any and all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9.3 Maximum Liability:
Our total liability for any claims related to our Services is limited to £100 or the amount you paid for accessing premium features in the 12 months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Each party in arbitration will bear their own costs, subject to variation by binding arbitration award.
